As one of the most popular Wilmington real estate options, Plantation Landing is located in the heart of Porter's Neck and is convenient to shopping, restaurants, and schools. Local beaches, such as Topsail Island and Wrightsville Beach, are both only 20 minutes in either direction. Downtown Wilmington and GE are a 15 minute ride on the I-40 Bypass.
