Jacobs Ridge is a small residential neighborhood comprised of low-maintenance patio homes, built in the late 1990s. Located in the heart of Ogden, these two- and three-bedroom homes range in size from 1,000 to 1,500 square feet and have smaller homesites. Low maintenance is a major draw here as the front lawn is maintained by the homeowners association. The community is just south of Porter's Neck and roughly ten minutes to Mayfaire Town Center and fifteen minutes to Wrightsville Beach.
