    I am so impressed with the entire process of buying a home with Ryan Crecelius and Nest Realty. I literally inquired about possibly buying a house on Wednesday and by Friday I had an accepted offer of on my dream house. Ryan knew exactly what I was looking for- I have 2 small children so it needed to be a great family orientated neighborhood, I needed to be near good schools, open concept. Ryan found the house that checked all of the boxes and found it in record time. With multiple offers in Ryan knew exactly what to do to make my offer stand out. Even after the closing of the house went through, Ryan was still checking up on me. He set me up with a painter and cleaners before the move.     My family had an awesome experience with Ryan Crecelius. He helped us find the perfect new home for our family, which includes two young children. He was very knowledgable of the different neighborhoods in Wilmington, and also other things like school districts and service provider referrals that were needed during the transition. Ryan went the extra mile for us. He was always available to take my call and to meet in person as needed. He was also very patient with us and respectful.
