Dawn was fantastic. I was referred to Dawn from a mutual acquaintance and I couldn't be more pleased. I moved from a different state to be closer to family. I wanted to be in Wilmington and Dawn has a wealth of knowledge on the real estate market in this area. Within a few minutes of our first phone call, I knew I had made the right decision to reach out to her. My husband and I had lived in our home for 35 years and were downsizing. She guided me thru the process of which type of home we would like to be in and had multiple suggestions on locations. Dawn and her team at Nest were by far the best! Me and my boys were in a very difficult situation due to a change in our family unit. Had it not been for Dawn our dream of living in the Tidalwalk community, which we loved would NOT have been possible. She managed to come up with a contract that even my lender was not familiar with.
