Brian was wonderful! He was always interested in our opinion, happy to answer questions, and show us as many houses as we needed to be sure. We both have odd schedules due to our jobs and Brian did a great job navigating our availability from house showings to signing needed paperwork. Though our process was long as we were moving from a different city, we never felt rushed and still Brian checks in with us as we settle into our new home. We can’t speak highly enough about our experience working with Brian as our buyer’s agent. We are planning a cross-country move and initially began working with Brian virtually. He spent a lot of time getting to know us and our needs and preferences. As we began our search, we visited Wilmington in person once for a short time and toured the area, visiting some neighborhoods and homes that Brian thought we would like. Although we didn’t find the perfect home on that visit, we agreed that Brian had identified some neighborhoods that would be a good fit for us. He continued to send us listings and let us know as soon as something new came on the market that he thought we would like. When we saw something of interest, Brian traveled to the property, provided us with virtual tours of the home and neighborhood, and followed up to provide answers to any questions we had. He was incredibly flexible in communicating effectively across the time zone difference as well. Never did we think we would ever purchase our next home without ever seeing it “in person,” but we grew to trust Brian so much that that’s exactly what we did! It was pretty scary to buy a home sight unseen, but several months later, a visit to the home confirmed that we had made the right decision. Trust and integrity are critical to us, and throughout our home-buying process, Brian exemplified both. He also helped us find a mortgage provider as well as trustworthy contractors to do some needed work on our new place. Brian did excellent work selling my house. He and Allison were top notch from pricing and staging through the closing. The listing hit the market as a strong sellers market was waning. He stayed engaged through the duration and evolved the listing to keep interest flowing, never letting it go stagnant. We were under contract with a strong offer in relatively short order. Then a successful closing. Highly recommend.
