How many animals have you rescued?

I'm known to find and rescue all types of animals; I’ve saved 2 fawns, 1 bunny, 1 bird, turtles, countless dogs, 5 skunks and snakes.

I’m usually listening to true crime podcasts; United States of Murder and Crime Junkie to name a couple.

What do I do in my spare time?

I have been riding horses since I was 7 years old.

What is your favorite power tool?

If I’m not with my family, I am probably doing some sort of DIY project; a nail gun is my favorite power tool!

What is one of your favorite foods?

I love to eat, and you’ll probably find me trying cheese fries wherever I go.

What is my “happy place”?

I have a crazy, but cute 4 year old son named Finn who constantly keeps me on my toes.

    Very good. Marlee showed me houses that met my requirements. She worked hard to get a signed contract on the property I was selling and the one I was buying. Marlee found a contractor for me to complete defects in my new home before I moved in. She was very pleasant to work with and very tolerant of my three year old granddaughter.

    Marlee did a great job helping us with both selling our current home and buying a new one. She was very patient and supportive while we debated whether or not to sell and what areas we were interested in looking for new homes in. Through it all, I never felt like a burden to her and she was always happy to help! She guided us through multiple offers (both selling and buying) and was always supportive of my wild home improvement plans! We ended up getting more than expected for our current home and getting some money off of the new house!

    Marlee was GREAT!! She went above and beyond and I could not be more grateful! I moved from out of state, so we looked at houses in person and virtually. The house I bought was from a virtual showing. I had complete faith in Marlee and trusted her to help me make the decision. I put my offer in without seeing the house in person until the inspection. And I wasn't wrong - she knew exactly what I wanted! Marlee is fun to work with, knowledgeable, and quick to answer questions. I hope I don't have to move for a long time, but if I do, Marlee will be my realtor!

    Marlee did a fantastic job helping us sell our house. She did a great job listing our home utilizing many different apps to ensure it reached everyone possible. She brought great research to the table when deciding what to list at. Her network of contractors were a great resource in getting necessary repairs done in time. She brought a positive attitude and made the entire process go off smoothly. I would recommend anyone in the area buying or selling to go with Marlee!

    Marlee was SUCH a huge help to us while buying our second home. The process was quite a challenge for us since we had to sell our home in FL, move, and buy a new one in VA all around the same time. Most of the process was done from a distance and Marlee was so great about working with us virtually and coordinating showings when we were able to travel up to VA on short notice. We are so happy that we had Marlee to help us along the way and make a difficult process smooth for us. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and truly cares about helping her clients find the best home for them at the best price. I would (and will) highly recommend her, and will definitely use her as our realtor again if we ever end up buying/selling a home in the SWVA area in the future!
