Bon Air

Richmonders used to summer in Bon Air, which was named for the good air that supposedly had restorative properties. With home styles that vary from late 19th century Victorians to new construction, Bon Air is an eclectic enclave just outside of the city center. Bon Air is situated on the northwestern edge of Chesterfield County and is known for its mix of historic Victorian homes, modern ranchers, well-planned neighborhoods, and tree-lined streets. Bon Air has a population of around 10,000 residents, and the median home price is around $300,000. The area has a mix of residential and commercial areas, with many small businesses and shops located along the main street. Bon Air is also home to several parks and recreational areas, including nearby stretches of the James River Park and Larus Park. The area is known for its strong sense of community, with many neighborhood events and activities organized throughout the year. Furthermore, it is also a popular location for families, as it has highly rated public and independent schools.

Don't miss the Spaghetti a la Greek!

Joe's Inn's Bon Air location has just as loyal a following as the original Fan location, and way more seating. Great burgers, salads, and brunch, but if you're up for pasta (and you like Feta cheese), don't miss the Spaghetti a la Greek. But don't try to eat the whole thing!
