I had an initial conversation with Mila two years ago about possibly selling my home. Things didn't work out on my end as it was best to keep my home at that time. However, she kept my information in her records and contacted me several months ago to see if I was interested in selling this time around as she had buyers looking within my community. The dedication and strong follow through is what made me work with her even though I was interested in renting out my home. The home selling process was flawless and I was kept in the loop the entire time. I never felt like a seller and the process felt more like a family affair rather than a transaction. Mila is very knowledgeable and personable. She was open and honest throughout and educated me on things in which I was unfamiliar.Although she never promised certain numbers to expect, she nailed it and I was more than happy with the business side of the deal. Mila helped me sell my first condo in Portsmouth, VA at the start of the pandemic. Even during unprecedented times, she was able to close the deal and see it through to the end (there's a larger story to tell for another time and place). Suffice to say, she essentially handled both ends of the sale. She kept me up to date and answered all of my questions in a timely manner--she even answered questions I didn't even know to ask! She's a Tigress, and I highly recommend her to be your Realtor!

Very poor experience with Mila as a landlord. I found her home on Zillow and have had the worst experience as a renter in my 10 plus years of renting. After 9 days, I demanded her attention to a hole caused by molded and leaking pipes. She became vindictive and took it out on our deposit. I do not recommend renting from Mila. Very poor professional skills and will take your money.
