    England is a genuine soul. She is always eager and willing to help in any way that she can. Not to mention her work ethic and desire to find what works best for you in any given situation.     We connected with England through a friend that used her to find their house and she did an amazing job helping us as well! She was very communicative and helpful in answering all of the questions that we had, got back to us quickly, was super flexible about scheduling, and is a genuine super kind amazing person. England is very knowledgeable, especially within the city of Richmond the West End, and did a great job at helping us tailor our search towards the right kind of home that we were looking for by paying attention to the ones we liked and didn't as well as why. She booked showings at homes all around the Richmond area to help us find the right one including sending us homes that she knew we would like as they went on the market. I would definitely use her again!
