    Cynthia did an amazing job finding us a new house! My wife and I began looking in the spring of 2022. While we didn't find anything that season, Cynthia kept in touch with new listings through the fall and winter until we finally found our dream home in 2023. She worked hard to find us the best house that matched the majority of our criteria no matter how long it took! She was extremely knowledgable about the entire process, from offer to closing, and gave us great advice along the way. She is a real advocate for the buyer and was always going above and beyond to reach out to the various parties as a go-between for us, which was amazing because we're new parents and were very busy. Cynthia was always available for the random questions we had and very responsive with answers. When closing came, she walked us through all the numbers, and was on every call we had with the bank to talk through the loan information. During the final walkthrough, some things weren't up to her standards, so she negotiated with the builder to fix them before we agreed to close on the sale. Even after closing she is still checking in and offering support where she can. Cynthia is truly a great agent and we are very thankful to have had her in our corner!

    Cynthia‘s real estate expertise and knowledge of the NRV market was the key to finding our perfect home. Being four hours away made our house hunt especially challenging. She was extremely responsive - communicating with us via texts, Zoom meetings, and FaceTime. When the time came to bid on a house, she crafted a competitive offer based on local comps. She went above and beyond by helping us find back up rental options and meeting with contractors. At the end of this process, Cynthia became a trusted friend, so much so, that we asked her to recommend an agent for our daughter’s house hunt in Charlotte, NC.

    Cynthia made our selling experience so easy. She did everything that was needed to prep for selling and went above and beyond in open house to help everything look clean and organized. At closing, she explained everything to help us first time sellers understand the process and was swift with getting answers to all our requests. Cythnia did an amazing job selling our house. I highly recommend her.

    We were relocating to the area and Cynthia did an amazing job showing us houses virtually. She told us the good and bad of every place we looked at until we finally found a place we wanted to put in an offer. After the offer was accepted, she did a fantastic job handling everything until we closed. Would recommend 100%.

    We were referred to Cynthia by our daughter who purchased her first house using her as her realtor. Cynthia was very knowledgeable about the whole house buying and selling process. She was able to sucessfully negotiate with the buyers of our old house and the sellers of our new house. She took the time to make herself available during her vacations and even her father birthday!
