    Alison was an absolute pleasure to work with. She helped us navigate a very difficult buying process that took so many twists and turns in a very difficult buyers market.     I was lucky enough to be referred to Alison when I was looking to purchase land while living out of state. Alison was obviously very knowledgable about the area, which was extremely helpful since I knew nothing about it. She definitely went above and beyond when helping me find land; I've never had a realtor work so hard for/with me. She was very good at helping me decide on other details as well, not just with finding me a piece of land.

    Alison did a great job working through the early complications with our home purchase. As a result of a letter Alison sent to the owner the house was put back on the market and we were able to present an offer that was accepted. By going the extra mile Alison enabled us to make a home purchase that we thought had slipped away. She kept us informed throughout the process and followed up on all questions.     Prior to my closing about a month ago, I was navigating the tumultuous housing market which didn't bring me any real prospects. A couple of friends of mine recommended Nest realty in Morganton, so I reached out and was assigned Alison. Being a first time homebuyer, I was kind of unsure on the intricacies of the whole real estate process, but I have to say, Alison guided me through it all and gave expert advice when viewing a property. I want to highlight her best trait and that is diligence. I could not ask for anyone better. Alison was always there to answer my questions and facilitated viewings as I inquired about a property.
