Nest Picks

Reedy Fork Dairy Farm

Reedy Fork is proud to be organic, pesticide free, and GMO free. Their farm raised eggs and beef are delicious, but the real star of the show is their milk. The farm also produces organic feed for animals from turkeys to pigs and everything in between. Gather a group to tour the farm and meet “the girls”—the happy cows who provide us with scrumptious milk, cheese, and yogurt!

Gibsonville

Look up “small town Americana” in the dictionary and you may find a picture of Gibsonville. From the visitor center located in an old caboose to the Saturday summertime markets held on a tidy green in the center of town, Gibsonville oozes charm. A highlight is the Gibsonville Garden Railroad, a model railroad laid out on more than 2,000 feet of tracks that wind through miniature reproductions of Gibsonville’s historic buildings. Come out for one of the GGRR’s special events, like the Fall Festival or the Christmas Lighting of the Greens!

Burke Manor Inn

Relax and feast at Gibsonville’s premier boutique inn. Even if you aren’t here to spend the night in one of the historic inn’s guest rooms (most located in the original 1906 mansion), treat yourself to a meal in the onsite French restaurant, St. Jacques @ The Burke Manor Inn. You can even sign up for cooking demonstrations to learn classic French techniques for your next posh dinner party. Bon appetit!
