When I first reached out to Patti I was in a desperate situation where I needed to move quickly, but I also needed something nice, and within my range. Patti guided me every step of the way and went to battle for me as well. There was a problem with the house that I wanted to buy. There was a leak in the basement and the sellers disagreed with the home inspectors saying that there was no leak. The day before the deadline, Patti drove to the house at 7 am turned on all the facets and took a video with her phone proving that there was a leak. After that, the buyers had to cave in and pay for the repairs. I liked Patti so much I wanted her to sell my old home too. She gave me great suggestions to improve the look of the house and when I sold my first offer was 15% more then what I was asking. I won't use any other realtor as long as Patti's still working.
