Caywoods is one of the few newer subdivisions with no homeowners association in King George. Most of the homes were built by Aliff Construction with several different floor plans, including colonial, Cape Cod, and rambler-style homes. It's right off Indian Town Road, very convenient to Dahlgren and Fredericksburg.
