Growing up in a family of civil servants, Tami learned the importance of honesty and hard work from an early age. Her father is a retired Fredericksburg City detective, her brother is an active-duty Spotsylvania Police Offer, and her husband served in the Navy and currently works in the military. Before entering the real estate industry, Tami served in the Air Force and lived in California for many years. She decided to move home to Spotsylvania to continue to grow and raise her family. Its small town atmosphere and increasing diversity made it the the perfect place to be amongst friends while embarking on new adventures. She’s motivated by her three children, one of whom is a student at JMU, and is an active advocate for children with special needs. She spends many hours of her week helping these children obtain the rights and services they need and deserve. Tami is thankful to live in such a flourishing area and loves introducing people to the town she's fallen in love with.
