    Robin sold our house this year and helped us buy a new one, after we were told by another agent we wouldn't be able to sell. We ran into every possible problem that was out of our control, but Robin never lost faith that we would make it happen. She is very knowledgeable, patient, and persistent. She checks facts and gives expert opinions to make sure the right decisions are made. As painful as the home selling and buying process can be, Robin guided us and kept us informed every step of the way. I could honestly go on for hours about how amazing Robin has been throughout this process. Some agents just make you feel like "another client" where-as Robin built a relationship with not only us, but our children as well. It was honestly our pleasure to have been able to work with her. Thank you for staying patient with us and getting us into our dream house!!!!!

    I liked viewing all the different homes and going to open houses, but the financial section was just terrible. Robin Skinner kept me sane during this very stressful process. I asked so many questions, but she calmly and professionally answered them all. She went above and beyond. Thanks again, Robin!!!

    Robin made my first home buying experience AMAZING. With the market moving so quick she always responded promptly and had me and my families best interests at heart. She went above and beyond and even with her busy schedule and amount of clients made me feel like I was always a priority, never missing a showing or a offer deadline. I recommend Robin to anyone without a second thought. I closed on my very first home December of 2021! I will always be grateful for the opportunity I had to work with her. And without a doubt plan to in the future.

    Robin Skinner is not just realtor to us anymore, she has become our friend. Robin went above and beyond what we could ever ask for in a realtor. She's very professional, and not just in the business to make a quick sale, she actually cares and makes sure you get a good deal. I had many questions that I asked over and over but she never made us feel like we were worrying her. Selling our home was stressful and she took that burden off our shoulders and made the deal happen. Every person I come in contact with I refer her because she is the Absolute Best!!! Trust me you will not be disappointed.

    Robin was not just a realtor. She has become family to my family. If she can’t make it happen I don’t know who can. When I tell you she was very knowledgeable about every inch of the process. If she didn’t have the answer she would go out her way to get it. She was very honest. Very responsive when ever I called or messaged her. When I say she’s not just in it for the money but to transform peoples lives by introducing them to a great investment. I could go on and on about her. We don’t end our relationship with her today. She will forever be our family’s realtor.

    As first-time home-buyers, we feel so lucky to have found Robin. She is smart and knows her stuff, while being down-to-earth and easy to work with. During the house hunt, she would contact us as soon as something went on the market within our parameters and would drop everything to show us homes and put in offers. The market moved fast, but she kept up with it, which made it so comforting. When we were on vacation, she even did a video call to show us a home we were interested in. When purchasing the home, she ensured the repairs after the home inspection were done correctly. We knew she had our best interest at heart and was also a voice of reason. If you want someone you can trust, Robin has the highest level of integrity. We highly recommend her.

    If you're a first time home buyer like myself, Robin is the perfect person to choose as a realtor. Robin knows her stuff! From the beginning to the end of the buying process she was always there. Wether it was phone calls, text messages, or emails, Robin always responded in a timely manner. Robin made my buying experience smooth and painful. I can say that Robin truly cares about her clients and she will do everything that she can to help her clients get the best deal.     We relocated from Augusta County VA to Caroline County due to job transfers. For over four months she patiently worked for us with diligence and professionalism to help us find the right home.
