She has an intimate knowledge of the Virginia area. She really helped us in finding our dream home. Once she helped us find our home she wasn’t done. She really helped us immensely in dealing with the seller and helping us through the buying process. Jen is very patient and was so easy to work with. We couldn’t have had a better agent. Jen made the whole process a great experience for us and welcomed us to the Fredericksburg area. I can’t recommend her enough. Jen wasn’t just an agent she is now someone I call a friend! -

She's such a kind person and despite always feeling like I was inundating her with small qualms or questions - she addressed them all like it was no big deal. Add to that she is very knowledgeable and has an answer for everything. Just a great person and a great realtor. No corner cutting for her. Would highly recommend her. We have moved over 30 times and owned and leased many different houses working with different realtors over the years and I have never worked with anyone who even approaches the league Jen is in. She helped us clean and stage our home for sale, found the absolute best photographer and the professionalism and presentation of the listing were superb resulting in a sale well over the asking price when other homes in the neighborhood were cutting their prices to attract buyers. We had 5 offers in the first 4 days it was on the market. She recommended contractors for needed repairs who were responsive, clean, and performed high-quality work. We never had to reach out to her wondering what the next steps were. She communicates frequently and concisely. Though I knew she had many other clients, we hardly noticed because she gave us so much attention and time. Jen is thoroughly familiar with Government relocation benefits processes and policies and helped us maximize our benefits. She has helped many many families move using the military and civilian Government relo programs. In fact, when I spoke with the relocation company representative assigned to help me and told her Jen Cook was my realtor, the relo-representative (remotely working from Wisconsin) squealed a little, then quickly apologized for the outburst, but she was so excited to be working with Jen again. On the purchase side of our relationship, Jen got to know our family very well, understood our needs, wants, and priorities, and spent weeks and weeks combing listings, calling colleagues to find homes coming soon, and scheduling showings for homes just as they came on the market to ensure we were able to see the homes and have an opportunity to get an offer in. Though we started with a professional relationship, she has become a family friend, and we will work with her for all future real estate transactions even if we must try to convince her to get licensed in a new state or country.
