With a pool, fitness center, and tennis courts, Turtle Creek condominiums offer some of the best amenities of any Charlottesville condominiums. These three story buildings give many floor plan options—most units have fireplaces, some have a private study, and third floor units have vaulted ceilings. The location is also tough to beat—close to major shopping and UVA. One caveat: this is one of the only Charlottesville condominiums that does not allow pets. Sorry, Fido.
