Bordering the University to the north, the Rugby Road corridor features a variety of architecturally attractive homes. Although the southern portion of Rugby Road homes are currently owned and used by UVA fraternities and sororities, the northern side is comprised of an ever-popular residential neighborhood. Classic brick colonials and estate homes line Rugby Road, but there are other beautiful homes nestled in the tree-lined streets just off the main stretch. Residents can easily walk to UVA, the Corner, and Scott Stadium.
