Another small, classic Ivy neighborhood. Just off of Owensville Road and just about equidistant from Garth Road and Ivy Road, Ivy Oaks covers only a few streets, but the privacy and proximity are tough to beat. As with many other Ivy real estate neighborhood offerings, Ivy Oaks features homes built mainly in the 1980s with a variety of styles, though colonials and Cape Cods are most prevalent. Ivy Oaks homesites are typically in the two- to four-acre range.
