Located across from Darden Towe Park and near Fontana and Hyland Ridge, Cascadia is a planned community with an estimated 330-plus Charlottesville homes. Situated on more than 60 acres in Charlottesville's Pantops area, Cascadia has been in planning stages since the mid-2000s. Cascadia is expected to have a mix of different housing options built by a variety of Charlottesville builders.
