Janice is truly the most outstanding agent I have ever dealt with. She has acted both as my buyer agent in 2019 and then as my seller agent this year when I sadly had to sell my Cville home. She also handled my renting of the property. Janice's knowledge of the local market, of houses in general --how they operate, what one should look for in a house--is unparalleled. But she also is a responsive and skilled negotiator, fair, honest and aware. Janice can read a room like no other! I cannot recommend her highly enough--she is the one if you are looking to buy or sell or rent in the Charlottesville area.
