Royal Pines is a south Asheville neighborhood that is primarily made up of medium sized (3-4 bedrooms) to small (studio to 1 bedroom) single-family homes. These homes are well established built between 1979- 1999. There are also a few built in the 1940s. It is an extremely sought after neighborhood known for its community feel, ease, and south location.
