I got into real estate because I love houses and connecting with people. It sounds silly, but I didn’t think I would need to be a salesperson pushing people into houses that weren’t right for them or selecting a buyer who they didn’t like. So, I don’t. I listen to your needs, wants and desires. These may change during the process, but I keep asking questions so I can best support you.
For sellers, I always use professional photos and can assist you to stage your house to highlight the best parts of your home. I navigate negotiations so you can net the most money. I will help make the selling process as simple and painless as possible.
For buyers, I want to hear what you want in a house; all the basics of how many bedrooms, bathrooms and offices, a yard, location, and of course, the budget. As I get to know my clients, I notice what they like and don’t like. Often, needs and desires shift after looking at a few houses. I want to be sure we are on the same page so I can best assist you.
I’ve renovated two houses: a midcentury rancher and a grand Victorian. I love envisioning how to transform a house into a home that works for today’s needs. Often, we find houses that are almost right, but not quite. A dream house can be created with some changes that might be as easy as fresh paint or opening up a doorway, maybe a new kitchen and layout. I feel like one of my superpowers is inspiring possibilities and finding solutions.
