My husband and I used Ryan for our first home purchase. We initiated the relationship while we were down here on vacation and it continued while we were back home. Ryan was able to make the trip out to the houses for us and facetime us in and take additional videos for us as well, that he sent to us so we could refer back to them at anytime. Later on we decided it was best for us just to move down here into a rental so we could continue to search for our forever home in person. Ryan was kind and patient with us as he took us to house after house. He took time to explain everything about the process along the way. Ryan McCullough made my first homebuying experience easy. Too easy...something can't be right here. There's no way I got this house for this price and only had to do as little as I did without some sort of cosmic intervention. In fact, it was more of a hassle getting out of my current rental situation than it was buying a house from him and the Nest Team, so what cosmic event could have possibly led to this happening to someone in the housing market in 2024, and in all places Asheville? Maybe it's some weird divine intervention, but it's likely just a decade plus experience from Ryan, who is also a native to WNC (which is major props when it comes to choosing a realtor around here).
