For 18 years, I owned and operated a successful bed and breakfast in Bennington, Vermont. It was a passionate lifestyle by design. I was a 24/7 career people pleaser/chef.

I attended Staunton Military Academy (class of 1976) and the University of Connecticut (1980).

I met baseball great Jackie Robinson. I was also a caddy for Benny Goodman while golfing in Pound Ridge, New York. I met Gwyneth Paltrow and Ben Affleck while they were dating.
