For years, I dreamt of relocating to Western North Carolina. The feeling of peace and tranquility as my husband and I rode our motorcycle along the Blue Ridge Parkway for the first time and went on hikes to all the beautiful waterfalls with our two golden retrievers will never be forgotten.
