Full story: My partner and I met Lisa at one of her open houses and were immediately struck by her candor and honesty. Six months later when a home in our neighborhood came up, we reached out to her out of the blue and she got us a showing and talked us, as first time home buyers, through what we would need to do to make a competitive offer on the property. Lisa helped us to evaluate the pros and cons of the property and decide that it ultimately wasn't the one for us. She then patiently worked with us for the next ~9 months as we undertook our home search in earnest. She showed us every property we were interested in and a host of options we hadn't considered. She introduced us to new neighborhoods and opportunities, and stuck with us through our ups and downs on various properties. She was always willing to give an honest opinion, and when we were ready to make an offer, gave us great advice on strategy and pricing. Lisa is a consoment professional, keeping a level head, even when our eventual home builder dropped some big things on us last second, and she fought for us consistently above and beyond our expectations. She also helped us find a quality home inspector and got us legal help to look over modifications to our offer (based on the aforementioned last minute changes). Our only regret fromt he home buying experience with Lisa is that we don't get to spend time touring houses with her anymore!
