When looking for a new path in life, I decided that helping people find their dream homes and mountain lifestyles was what I wanted to do. Assisting people in their search to find a place to live, raise a family, or retire and just relax is what makes me happy.
Through my years working as a system engineer, archaeologist, and in veterinary hospital management and marketing, I have honed my client service, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills and apply them to every transaction.
I can honestly say that I have been to every state in the US except Alaska, though it is still on my bucket list. Over the years I have also lived in New York, California, New Mexico, and Florida but my wanderlust finally brought me to Western North Carolina. I live in Marion and love the small-town community. It is a growing and diverse population full of welcoming and friendly people. It offers so many opportunities to learn new skills, take a wide variety of classes, and meet new people!
When I am not out fly fishing or exploring, you can usually find me in the garden, cooking, reading, training & hiking with my dogs, or out on the water kayaking. My dogs, a Standard Poodle, a Scottish Deerhound, and two crazy Border Terriers love lake time almost as much as I do! I am also active in animal rescue and fostering. You can usually find a few lost souls wandering around my home waiting to find their “happily ever after”.
Helper. Traveler. Dog Lover.
