As a first-time homebuyer, I really needed a knowledgeable realtor who I could trust. I am SO grateful that Julia was recommended to me and was available. She patiently guided me through the whole process and thoroughly answered my many questions. We interacted a lot, so it was a definite bonus that she is so personable and a joy to engage with. Julia was very quickly responsive via text, phone, and email, and available to view properties on short notice, which is important in a hot market like this. My needs were pretty unique, so we saw a LOT of properties until finding the right one. She never made me feel like I was a high-maintenance client. Throughout the process, she helped me think in creative ways about the possibilities of various properties, without ever getting pushy to make a sale. This allowed me to trust that she had my best interests at heart. Julia also went above and beyond - for example, helping me to price out what certain repairs/modifications would cost. Julia is very knowledgeable about the area and real estate processes and values. She went above and beyond to work with us on our tight timetable trying to find our dream retirement home. When we had to back out of the process without an offer she had graciously agreed to be available for us in the future and continued to followup with us with helpful tips in the intervening time period.
