Mountain biking, trail running, and playing the guitar

My grandfather was a broker and developer and was a huge influence on my life.

    It was a pleasure to work with Jon. We relocated to Asheville from New York and he made a stressful time so much more pleasant. He was always there to answer our questions and available to us at last minute when we wanted to come for weekend to look for homes. He is professional, friendly,honest and courteous. Extremely knowledgeable of the area. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.

    Mr. Corbin was an excellent realtor and we highly recommend him to others in search of a great buyer's agent in the Asheville area. He has extensive experience working with buyers in a competitive market. His knowledge of the area, neighborhoods, schools, etc. is superb. Best of all, he has a great friendly and easy going personality. He was always available to answer our questions and messages and helped us navigate purchasing a home from out of state in the midst of the pandemic.

    As a novice home buyer, Jon provided the right amount of support and guidance without making us feel rushed or pressured in any way. He diligently shared new listings, answered questions, and did not attempt to "pitch" or "sell" us anything (which we appreciated). Jon has great connections within the community and was able to share intel and property listings prior to hitting the general market. Over the course of a few weeks, during a tough time, was able to help me find a great home in a super location.     Working with Jon was like working with a world class doctor with a caring bedside personality! He was great on coming up with an asking price for my house. He kept me up to date on every important detail of how to get the home shown in the best possible way. And he comes across as low keyed but he is on top of every detail. I would use him again, and I recommended him to my partner who will be selling her house soon. When selling my house, he had to deal with a buyer's agent who was the opposite of Jon, and he worked well with him.
