The moment Daniel came into our lives, we knew that we were in the best hands possible! To say that he went above and beyond to get everything done effectively and efficiently is an understatement. From constant communication with our lender to having the local fire company come and fill up the septic tank to test for leaks, and everything in between, he was always there for us. It was especially important to us to have someone we could trust, as we were living out of state during the buying process. We always felt at ease, as Daniel stayed in constant communication and was typically two steps ahead of everyone else. He ensured that all inspections were scheduled and completed very quickly.
